About Me

Hello! I’m Chris Aycock, an enthusiastic educator from central North Carolina. Since 2010, I have dedicated myself to shaping young minds in both high school and middle school classrooms, specializing in math and STEM courses. My passion for education led me to take on the role of a Teaching and Learning Coach, where I collaborated with high school teachers across various subjects to enhance their teaching practices through integration of technology.

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in creating both physical and digital learning environments that engage and inspire students. As an avid learner myself, I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the American College of Education, with an anticipated completion date in March 2024. This academic journey reflects my commitment to staying at the forefront of educational innovation and technology integration.

Looking ahead, I aspire to contribute to the field of instructional design by exploring opportunities in educational technology or within a higher education institution.

On a personal note, when I’m not immersed in the world of education and technology, you can find me at home with my beloved cat, Clawdette. I also enjoy spending time with friends, playing games, and perfecting my cheesecake recipe.

Thank you for taking time to explore my journey and aspirations. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you share a passion for education, technology, or the perfect cheesecake!

Warm regards,

Chris
